• Strong Business Analysis/ External Consulting experience
• Background in creating impactful presentations and externally publishable points of view
• Background in driving new ideas/ capabilities/ offers/ assets development
• Comfort level with rapid experimentation and failing fast imbibing start-up thinking/ innovation mindset
• Extensive experience in Telecom OSS / BSS working with System Integrators OR in-house
• Ability to articulate mid to long term B2B and B2B2X trends shaping up telco industry CapEx and OpEx cycles, and their impact on designing OSS/ BSS applications
• Knowledge of Mobility, Consumer, Enterprise, Government, Wholesale & MVNO segments
• Prior OSS experience doing design and architecture of large enterprise systems - a large part of which should be in developing solutions for Telecom Service Providers
• Strong Architectural skills contributing to the development and refinement of Customer\'s vision and strategy, understanding the product portfolio, being able to discuss current and new solutions with customers
• E2E OSS suite integration knowledge especially around Architecture Framework like TOAGF, TMF and ITIL
• Excellent understanding of Telecom Networks (LTE, 5G, Wireline), OSS Platforms/ Tools, Cloud & DevOps
• Strong experience on Telco Cloud NFV/SDN and experience of integrating of Assurance, Fulfilment, Orchestration and Management though Open Digital Architecture
• Competency in Technologies & Concepts as Microservices, API Management, Service Bus, Decision Rules & Process engines, Event-based Architecture, Data Management & Migration, Data Synchronization & Caching, Big Data, AI, RPA, Security & Privacy
• Knowledge in shaping the OSS architecture in industry leading Telco & Media companies especially in complex OSS transformation programs
• Understanding virtualization technologies, i.e. 5G, EDGE Computing, SDN/NFV, O-RAN, Openstack, hypervisors and DC environments
• Knowledge of telecom products in B2C/B2B domains in mobile, cable & satellite service provider

• Presales/ Sales support background
• Ability to work with partners
• Experience in developing offerings and assets

• Experience working with teams from multiple geographies
