- Our client is a full-service digital company specializing in creating user-friendly custom applications, and intelligent interfaces and providing digital implementation of business ideas on web and application platforms.The Job : Your responsibilities will include :- Calling property brokers to inform them about your new software application for property management.- Following up with property brokers who have expressed interest in your software.- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Suggesting solutions based on customer\'s needs and requirements.- You are required to understand the customer\'s requirements and demands- You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.- Resolving queries and issues related to the productsIdeal Candidate : - You have at least 6 months experience within a Telesales role.- You have working knowledge of Communication and negotiation- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders (ref:updazz.com)
