Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Addressing the patient queries on call
- Understanding the patient medical history and counseling
- Addressing their treatment related questions
- Understanding requirements and book appointments
- Followup with patients about treatment progress
- Ability to engage and hold conversation
- Have high levels of empathy and can establish repo with patients
- Required Language: Kannada, English (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil is a plus)
- Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office
- Health insurance
