Job Title: Sales Associate (Hindi) - REMOTE

- Position: Tele Sales Associate
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: 150000 - 180000 - LPA fixed salary + amazing commission plan
- Conduct 40-50 sales calls per day.
- Adhere to a 3-hour calling rule to maximise productivity.
- Utilize call analytics for data-driven improvements in sales strategies.
- Work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Handle objections with confidence and provide compelling responses.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in MS Worksheet and Google Sheet.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proficiency in using MS Worksheet and Google Sheet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hindi
- Good understanding of English
- Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Tools Required: Laptop, MS Worksheet, ability to work on Google Sheet
