Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller
Job Description
AM Tech Networks (Card Insider) is looking for a dynamic Tele sales executive or Telecaller who will be cooperating with the credit card sales for achieving the Credit card Sales target. Fresher and experienced both can apply, preferably female.Roles and Responsibilities:
-Increase credit card Leads and Sales.
-Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
-Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets.
-Engaging with the customers to provide them with the necessary information and customer support.
-Resolving complaints of customers from their card issuance experience.Job Requirement:
-Ability to connect with customers and convert leads to sales.
-Excellent customer service skill
-Ability to relate with people from different backgrounds
-Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
-Prior experience in credit card sales will be added advantage.
-Meet and exceed sales targetsSkills :
- Must be Graduated
- Good Communication (English, Hindi) Skills
- Prior Experience of the Banking and Finance domain/ fresher can also apply.Benefits:
