Job Description




Looking for a smart, dynamic, enthusiastic & customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound & outbound calls to achieve sales targets, assist with customer inquiries, calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company offerings Job Responsibilities:

  • 1. Calling & counseling prospective students via phone, email, and in-person
  • 2. Handling inbound calls & making outbound calls, converting the leads into admissions
  • 3. Handling queries/inquiries over telephone, emails, and walk-ins
  • 4. To make follow-up calls, feedback calls to old leads
  • 5. To upload all the inquiries on the website with proper & adequate information, update & maintain participant database sheet
  • 6. You will be responsible for closing the admission over the phone and maintaining good customer relations
  • 7. Answering questions about the services/offerings
Experience/Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as telesales executive
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Skills:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong negotiation & consultative sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and query/problem solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
