We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Caller / Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company As a Tele Caller / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our range of services, which includes Website Designing and Digital Marketing Your primary goal will be to generate leads, fix appointments for our Business Development Executives (BDE), and ultimately contribute to the overall success of our sales effortKey Responsibilities Conducting Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to explain our company s services and offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Upselling and Convincing: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to upsell and convince customers about the benefits of our solutions. Lead Generation: Perform cold calling and internet research to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. Data Collection: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and leads in our CRM system. Appointment Setting: Collaborate with the Business Development Executives to schedule appointments with qualified leads for further sales discussions. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Email Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads. Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall sales success of the organization. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Sales Executive, or similar role, with a track record of successful lead generation and sales achievements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with potential clients and build rapport. Strong knowledge of website designing, digital marketing, and related industry trends. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads and appointments efficiently. A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
