Job Role & Responsibilities:
We are actively looking for dynamic candidates with a sales background to join our team as Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive at IndiaMART, you will have the opportunity to participate in a walk-in interview in Noida Sector 63. Your role will involve:
Account Penetration: Target and penetrate all assigned accounts to identify and create upselling opportunities for our products and services.
Sales Presentations: Conduct daily sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, focus on client retention, optimize per-client revenue, and ensure timely renewals.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with the company’s payment terms.
Sales Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to all sales processes and requirements to maintain consistency and quality.
Business Plans: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Interaction: Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
Monthly Salary:
Freshers: 15,000 INR + Incentives
Experienced: 18,000 INR + Incentives
