Job Description


Role Purpose

To lead planning of delivery across the development lifecycle for multiple Finance Technology applications/programmes. To lead set up of technology delivery teams in India, supporting the ERPM Programme execution.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead Technology project delivery across Finance projects, on the Oracle Fusion Platform

- Lead (direct/matrix manage) other Project Managers in delivering technology change

- Lead set up of new engineering teams in India, providing us improved in-house capabilities

- Manages relationships with a wide range of Finance and Technology stakeholders
- Gathers feedback on team/project performance, identifying issues and improvements
- Supports and develops team members by providing advice, coaching and development opportunities

- Manages resource planning and budget across IT change projects and support/maintenance work
- Liaises with other SMEs to enable robust system design and champions implementation efforts
- Leads issue resolution, providing options and solutions to resolve conflicts across teams

- Ensures quality is built into everything we deliver as an organisation.

Minimum Requirements

- Technology delivery experience in large LSEG platforms, leveraging enterprise tools including but not limited to Data Transformation, Cloud Technologies, SaaS applications

- Experienced in dealing with Senior stakeholders across business units and Technology, ideally within Financial Services environment

- Demonstrable experience of challenging status quo and establishing improved ways of working

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
- Some experience of Software Development, Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, and/or Emerging Technology and Governance
- Experienced in dealing with Senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology, ideally within Financial Services environment

- Demonstrable experience of challenging status quo and establishing improved ways of working
