Business Readiness We have an exciting opportunity in Business Readiness / Data and Analytics Operations, for an experienced Programme Manager, reporting into the Workspace Portfolio Director, to be responsible for planning and execution of Customer Operations critical business readiness initiatives. This role requires the ability to plan through strategic thinking to execution transforming our business readiness to ensure excellent customer experience. With a high-level of business acumen, problem solving, trust building, this role will work closely across the business and will be expected to engage at a senior level with business sponsors, senior stakeholders, and teams across the organisation. Specific teams include Product & Proposition, Technology, Sales & Account Management, Finance, and all Customer Operations partners (Support, Order Management, Implementation, Billing, and Operational Excellence). Key Responsibilities Drive and direct programme management of large-scale, complex, high visibility programmes that involve multiple functions. Proven track record of projects with well-defined processes and utilizing alternative solutions where needed to solve business and operational challenges. Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria. Ensure programme meet success parameters and return on investment targets stated in the business case, and able to articulate the business benefits. Maintain and evolve the project charters, coordinated project plans, resource plans, and related project management, ensuring all requirements and objectives are met. Ensure comprehensive governance procedures are followed and all project artefacts maintained throughout the project lifecycle using group quality standards. Experience with evaluation and creation of project resourcing profiles, cost plans, benefits schedules, RAID items, change requests, and status reports. Identify, track, and mitigate programme risks and dependencies. Formulate data-driven insights to support negotiations, monitor performance and improve potential weak areas, driving alignment towards shared objectives. Proven track record of delivery in environments with high levels of ambiguity, changes in strategy and can incorporate these into defined processes. Produce reports (recurring and ad hoc) for senior management and stakeholders on the progress of the programmes against objectives and plans, highlighting key risks and improvements. Able to represent Customer Operations at senior forums such as Business Operation Team and Business Leadership Team meetings. Highly skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, being a trusted advisor, influencing the business strategy to align with operational current capabilities (both systems and processes) and/or scope potential requirements to improve systems and processes. Must be able to build trust, manage expectations, and establish sponsorship from key stakeholders. Mentor other Business Readiness team members, promoting successful practices within our team and across the wider organization to deliver high quality outcomes to the business and customers. Collaborate with the Portfolio Director to ensure the programmes achieve objectives and align with business priorities. Assist in validation of financial forecasts, ongoing reconciliation of resources, change requests, and quarterly deliverables. Desirable Skills: Deep knowledge of project management methodologies Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as documentation skills Highly skilled at leading and influencing a wide network of stakeholders, including senior management Willing and able to challenge business stakeholders and actively participate in decision making Global experience preferred, collaborating with teams in multiple locations and time zones Ability to multi-task and prioritize according to evolving needs Understanding of Order Management, Customer Support, Billing, Process Engineering, and Business Ops Project Management certifications Good understanding of the financial services industry.
