URGENT Required: Manager-Business Development* for Reputed Resort at Kandivali, Mumbai. We seek applications for the position of Manager-Business Development for a growing Three Star Hotel & Resort\'s Located at Khopoli, Raigad with lots of growth prospects in your career. Prospective candidates will have 3 to 5+ years of experience into business development, Sales and Marketing, Branding and media Management. Further details as follow: Designation: Manager-Business Development Qualification: Graduate/MMS/MBA/PG -Marketing, Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management. Number of Opening: 01 (One) Job Location:Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali - West, Mumbai. CTC - 2.4L to 3L PA Main responsibilities included but not limited to: Executing a business plan and implementing the same within targeted time scales and budgets. Identifying & exploring new markets to enhance penetration & tap business opportunities. Meeting new clients & giving presentation. Cultivate positive and enduring relationships with clients. Primary responsibility was to bring rooms sales, one day picnic business to the resort. To handle portfolio of Corporate Sales from the assigned territory of Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Daily activity included Sales Calls / Visit to Corporate Offices. Job responsibility also included, maintaining database, obtaining competition information and promotion of various events of the hotel. Follow up and liaison: Just dial Quiker A/C follow up School n corporate visit Work follow up through software of both places Marketing ideas Purchase and savings New travel tie ups New online tie ups google.com Five star purchase research Visit and participate in exhibitions Cost accounting Menu planning Event planning at resort Resort visit (Residential) follow ups of pending bill payments PR with Local companies New business development with ND Studio, Godrej Scheduling CMD\' meeting Reading magazines n suggestion to CMD Travel Buses tie up B2B business Development Networking PI club, BNI, Saturday club, TIE Club Etc. Website n social media updates. PI n SSY Work on CRM - business promotion mails n wishes mails. Desire Personality Traits: Knowledge of principals and accurately follow in day-today process by providing quality standards of services. Fruitful communication skills and ability to come-up with clever ideas to solve problems and develop creative way of up-selling products. Confident in Public Relation and to react as per situation demanding. Skilled at settling targets by keeping long term vision and short term goals.
