Programme Manager / Technical Associate Director roles in WPFH Technology

About your role

Our people are our greatest asset and as one of the Programme Managers or Technical Leaders, you'll bring together all the necessary pieces to create the best possible environment for our people to have a successful and rewarding career in Technology by:

• partnering with the other senior leaders across the department to build our plans and execute our business transformation
• listen to feedback and help the department adjust our ways of working, breaking down silos and develop a one team culture
• lead one of our disciplines, bringing leadership and people management experience to the team
• develop team members ensuring there are equal opportunities for everyone
• planning the right skills in the right location at the right time
