Technology Presales: This role encompasses the resource engagement in technology presales activities, including understanding the client requirements and advising the appropriate technology solution and cost, in partnership with the delivery teams. Technology consulting presales or technology delivery resources, with direct industry / domain experience, are strongly encouraged to apply for this role. Here is a glimpse of what you\'ll do: Actively partner with Business and Technology leadership teams to lead their portfolio\'s technology pursuits. Collaborate with their TSM (Technology Solution Management) Leader \' located either onshore or offshore - and business/operations team in execution, driving continuous improvement, and leading strategic / analysis activities. Technology Presales Assess technology scope, solution alignment, and risk prior to obtaining technology approvals based upon opportunity\'s risk and compliance to company strategy Work to create cohesive technology solutions, bid estimates, responses, presentations, and SOWs complying with following: Technology scope, solution, and timeline alignment Collaborate and validate that solution aligns with company strategy Verify that technology estimates comply with PMO standards RFI/RFP response content creation w.r.t. technology Organize, facilitate and lead Technology solution, cost review and approval processes in compliance with established technology review criteria Support the Business in Client and Vendor interactions for technology solution. Drive continuous improvement Developing market intelligence on the available products in the market Doing Win Loss assessment Qualifications: 6+ years of demonstrated experience providing presales services or technology delivery or a relevant technology background. Bachelor\'s/Masters in Technology or MBA/PGDM, with 6+ years of work experience and expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Technology presales, Go to Market, Project Management, IT Consulting, IT Delivery Quantitative aptitude and problem solving capabilities with an ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, relationship-management, and leadership capabilities.
