Job Purpose:

Technical Trainer must possess solid technical aptitude and expertise in Hybrid Cloud & Security domain, he/she should be an excellent communicator, ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.

The goal is to contribute towards development of people\'s [internal/partner/customer] technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs.

You will be working within our APJ region to deliver internal, partner and customer training via virtual or in-classroom methods and will be working closely with our global Education team to prepare content as per the organization\'s strategy, upload them on Learning Management System (LMS) and design relevant training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, quizzes etc
• Facilitate and Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training or online training when needed
• Keep and report data on completed courses, attendance and track sales development of individual sales/pre-sales across the region with their respective Business units
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
• Assist with the solutions deployment in India CoE
• Experience with Power BI tools and LMS systems

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 5 to 7 Years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor\'s Degree with Degree in a relevant technical field of study required.
• Certifications required (Fundamentals / Intermediate):
• Security (ex. CompTIA Security+, CND/CEH) and/or vendor certifications (ex. F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Cloud (MS Azure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner etc.)
• Should have proven experience and worked with various Learning Management System (LMS) platforms [like Moodle, Adobe Captivate Prime] and content authoring tools (like Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia etc.).
• Proficient with MS Office products and expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams and ability to work with PowerBI environments.
• Should have a broad understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and its impacts on individuals, organizations in terms of education across APJ region.
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
• On-call availability required as necessary.
