Role Description This is a full-time Technical Support role located in Surat. As a Technical Support, you would provide assistance to users who are experiencing technical issues with various computing equipment or software. The job requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and entails troubleshooting technical problems, configuring computer hardware and software, and maintaining records of all issues and resolutions.
