Job Description

Min. 1+ Years of relevant experience in TAC with Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree of Engg.
r Strong networking background
r Must participate in 7x24 rotation
r CCNA Must or higher knowledge, CWNA, CWSP would be a Plus
r Good exposure and working experience with 802 .11a/b/g/i standards and knowledge of 802 .11n
r A good understanding of WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, RADIUS, AAA authentication, EAP, PSK, etc.
r knowledge on deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering the following Wireless LAN products and technologies:
r Wireless Access Points
r Wireless Client Associations
r Wireless Controllers
r A very good understanding of RF transmissions & antenna behaviour
r knowledge on WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, RADIUS, AAA authentication, EAP, PSK, etc.
r Hands on experience on protocol analysers tools such as Wireshark, Ethereal
r Good knowledge in reading and interpreting event and debug logs
r Properly escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support
r Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IGMP, and Routing (Layer 2 & 3 communication)
