We have open positions for Technical Support Executive, Required Skills & Qualifications, Act as the initial point of contact for all software related concerns from clients. Organize and file documentation pertaining to expiry and instructional guides for software. Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates.etc Attend call of clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose software problems. Resolve technical live issues related to clients on daily basis. A bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred Industry-specific certification in relevant software may add advantage. Professional and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with clients. Experience working on Windows - operating system. includes Ms Excel and Ms Word. Ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Knowledge in SQL Serve and IIS Serve Only Male Required* Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate / Any Doctorate - Only for fasher candidate Salary: 7000 sha 10000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9100,000.00 per year Benefits:
