Technical Support Executive / Network Engineer

Job Description
- Candidate must have knowledge in networking: LAN/ WAN/ WLAN/ DHCP/ DNS/ NAT
- Candidate would be responsible for handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
- Willing to provide resolution in the first interaction with the customer.
- Should possess good English verbal skills and international BPO experience is preferred
- Freshers can also apply but must have a technical background (B-Tech/BCA/Bsc)
- Must be flexible in working in rotational shifts (24*7) specifically night shifts.
