We are hiring candidates for Tech Support / Technical Support in Jaipur location. Requirements

- International BPO experience preferable

- Troubleshooting the systems and network problems and diagnosing software faults
- Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange
- Technical Support Executive/Engineer, Unix, Windows, TCP/IP
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Supporting the roll \xe2\x80\x93 out of new applications
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Replacing parts as required
- Excellent Listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solutions.
