Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support engineer who will provide the technical expertise to fix technical issues for financial applications. This role will work closely with other customer care and technical support team members to provide swift, efficient, and consistent resolutions for fintech products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Implement software changes to improve user functionality and eliminate problems on legacy Dotnet/ VB Financial applications.
• Remain highly adaptable - Due to the turbulent nature of priorities in supporting customers, this role requires high adaptability to changing demands, deadlines and priorities.
• Responsible for running queries, debugging, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Accessible to work during US business hours (4 pm to 1 am IST)
• Perform software installations and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic mediums.
• Track and maintain constant communication with the customer relationship managers from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.

• Bachelor’s/Masters's degree in Computer Science/Information systems
• Equivalent industry experience can be substituted
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in the banking/ finance domain is a plus.
• Excellent in SQL/ Stored Procedure
• Experience handling .Net, C#, VB.net, SQL server, ADO, MVC, WCF, LINQ, WEB API, JavaScript, jQuery, BootStrap.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail.
• Good planning, organizing & time management skills.
• Should be a very good team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required.
