Your typical day will involve working with Zscaler Web security and ensure environment is safe and secure from unauthenticated source. The candidate should have a hands-on experience in handling large enterprise network setup of Zscaler Web security Management. Enhanced knowledge in Zscaler Web security solution such as refinement of policies, creation of policies, configuration optimization or any changes/modifications to be done for enforcing policies. This position is based in Noida, Chennai, and Bangalore IndiaMajor Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-level expertise in managing and supporting Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
Hands -on experience in configuration, advanced troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) deployment and Solution Designing.
Create, peer review, and implement proxy/malware designs based on requests.
Assist the team to submit the RCA for any major issues within its SLA.
Undertakes routine and specialized tasks to report on the health of the environment as & when required.
Should be able to handle Incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), by analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
Maintaining and establishing policies as per the best practice.
Policy setting and enforcement.
Collaborate with other internal/external teams such as Network Operations, Engineering and Architecture, and clients on core configuration design requirements/standards and impact assessment.
Provide resolution and implementation support, as needed, in coordination with vendors and teams.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficiency in Zscaler Web security
Experience in designing and implementing Zscaler Web security solutions.
Strong understanding of Zscaler Web security solutions principles and best practices
Highly developed oral and written communications skills.

(1.) To clearly understand the client\'s cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
