Why we're hiring: We're building a new identity platform to be rolled out globally to all 220,000 people within our organisation, revolutionising how we work together efficiently. To support this, we're building a Centre of Excellence which will be the powerhouse behind this exciting programme and ongoing service. What you'll be doing: As a Senior IDAM Technical Specialist, you'll be providing both support and implementation services to our fast paced IDAM implementation programme and support operation, working as a key technical contributor to the onboarding of new directories, new application integrations, strategic IDAM initiatives as well as providing world class support to our global user base. Who you'll be working with: You'll be based out of our Bangalore Office, sharing space with an energetic team in a modern environment with great facilities. As our internal customers are globally distributed, you'll be working with our teams from all over the world. What you'll need:

• Advanced knowledge of IDAM concepts and solutions - Azure AD, AD, Okta, G-Suite
• Be certified to Okta Administrator level or above
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IDAM focused role
• Experience in an IDAM management role
• Experience of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations
• Experience of working with global teams in large scale, high complexity environments
• Have a fantastic and energetic can-do attitude, embracing of huge challenges
• Be a great communicator, written and oral
• Be qualified in ITIL v3 foundation or equivalent
