Designing of Framework and Process with respect to any new content or infrastructure onboarded through the Business roadmap Gathering and writing Requirements for Complex Projects with in Third Party Business case Lead, Manage and Partner with Specialists, Sr Specialists, Team Managers and Specialist Manager on Complex Content being onboarded or revamped Lead and Support client Interactions, Escalations and collaborate with Sales to help them bridge the content knowledge gap Collaborate with Development/Technology and Operations Teams to Lead and deliver on strategic Fix around any major client escalation or Incident Drive Automations, Simplifications within Operations and challenge the status quo. Should be proficient with using technologies like RPA, Python, JAVA, VBA, SQL to drive the culture of Business Process Improvements. Good knowledge and understanding of python Should be able to adopt new technologies quickly and be able to mentor seniors in the teams with ease. Should be able to integrate multiple projects like FCS (format conversion system) and interact with various teams on technical knowhow Should be able to understand the core APIs and how to use them in BCPs and be able to common up with common functionalities which could be reused across teams. Should have good knowledge in understanding infrastructures and able to add value in monitoring and alerting in case of outages. Lead the projects around RDMS, Content Transformation, Next Gen Infra, Elektron etc. Provide regular updates to content, proposition, content, and global leads with regards to these critical projects Knowledge on Commodities or any specific asset class within Commodities (Like Oils & Freight, Power, Gas, Coal & Carbon (PGCC), Metals or Agriculture) will be an added advantage Experience and high level of expertise in all aspects of project & program life cycles ability to operate in waterfall or agile approach Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through strong delivery against commitments A proven track record of delivering projects on time, on scope and on specifications including prioritization and requirements alignment across competing demand from Stakeholders At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
