Technical Service Manager (Infra)Experience - 8 to 10 YearsLocation - bengloreCORE RESPONSIBILITIESSome of your key responsibilities will be:
- Management of IT operations staff
- Refine processes to ensure a culture of continual service delivery improvement and accurate
- Provide input in strategy and IT roadmap
- Manage Corporate Network and Systems Infrastructure across OS, Servers, AWS, Azure
- Develop, maintain and enhance business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Liaise with Vendors, hardware and managed service providers
- Encourage a positive workplace cultureEXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Extensive (10+ years) IT leadership experience within fast growth enterprises and a
OpenShift. * Superior experience in designing, implementing, and delivering infrastructure on container
platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker. * Extensive experience in managing infrastructure and support teams including internal teams
and external service providers * Experience in managing people and performance is essential for this role
- Accomplished and technically competent with foundations in Infrastructure and Networking
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, MCP, VCP and AWS
- Able to lead by example in behavior and values.
- ITIL certification (highly desirable)
- Day shift
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
