We are looking for a Sales Professional who will be responsible to lead a team of 1 - 2 no\xe2\x80\x99s technical sales professionals to expand business

What will you manage?

? Lead a team to expand business in domestic and export market

? Responsible for pre-sales and sales activities including preparation of technocommercial offer and secure the order by providing best optimized solution to meet

customer requirement and achieve sales target

? Planning and forecasting of Sales number via CRM tools.

? Responsible for visit or interaction with various Government or Private Utilities and

EPC\xe2\x80\x99s on regular basis to discuss technical requirement and offerings.

? Promote Siemens Solution, Product and Services.

? Co-ordinate with SCM to do negotiation with internal or external suppliers /vendors.

? The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship development

skills.

? Technical coordination on pre-sale phases for spec-in activities, product demonstration

and approvals etc.

? Co-ordinate with execution team for smooth execution of project

? Knowledge of competitor\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio and technical solution

Who are we looking for?

A candidate with the following features:

?
10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales and tendering of telecommunication equipment

products such as SDH/PDH/MPLS Powerline Carrier Communication and Digital

Teleprotection Coupler for electric utility, industry and infra market

? Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

? Strong knowledge in telecommunication technologies such as SDH/PDH/MPLS as well

as Industry 4.0, IoT

? Fluent in English (both written/spoken).

? Good knowledge of interpretation and application of the electrotechnical languages,

symbology, and IEC standards

? Excellent Networking, Communication and Presentation skills

? Available to travel for national and international business trip

? Self-motivated, quick and assertive

? Calm, collected and collaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with

change and complexity in dynamic environments.

? Interpersonal and Communication Skills

? Strong customer focus on both internal and external customers
