Job Summary Incumbent should be techno commercial professional who will be accountable and responsible for supporting the sales operations for the Next Generation Sequencing and Genomics portfolio of the Life Sciences group of Avantor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Identify right set of customers, promote the products, and achieve sales goals for Next generation Sequencing and Genomics product portfolio of the Life Sciences group . Functions as a segment expert for the NGS & genomics market understands market trends impacting the market. Hands on support for NGS customers from experimental setup till NGS data analysis. Coordinating with the sales, marketing, customer support, supply chain team for the overall development of the product line assigned. Conducting workshops, trainings & marketing activities with the sales team for customers across the country. Techno-commercial presentations & discussions for technology promotion at customer place. Collect total market information and making comparative data on the products that are assigned to the portfolio. Mapping and Managing Key Accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS: Education: Ph. D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years\' hands on experience in Next Generation Sequencing & Genomics techniques. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Laboratory experience in Next Generation Sequencing & Genomics techniques like NGS, Q PCR and NGS data analysis. Should have a pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills, Customer Centricity & Analytical Skills. Should be open for travelling to customer location for setting up experiments, training and troubleshooting. Other Skills: Good Communication Skills (Verbal, Written, Presentation) ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE: Internal Interactions Sales Team Marketing team Supply Chain Team Other support functions.
