Job Purpose:
The Sales function is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities and manages the execution of these plans.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
• Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
• Full knowledge of industry practices.
• Technical Degree preferred

Planning and Decision Making:

• Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
• Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization

Key Internal & External Stakeholders & Relationship

• Interacts internally primarily with subordinates and other supervisors
• External interaction is typically with suppliers, vendors, and/or customers (Govt sector / Defense / Aerospace)

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manages sales directly to Defense / Aerospace / Space clients of the organization's products (RF (Radio Frequency) / Microwave components, RF cable assembly, isolators, circulators, filters, and Fiber Optic products)
• While reporting into India Sales director, this person will be managing India sales and will be an individual contributor with possibility of leading a small team.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)

Experience: 5+ years relevant experience
