Job Description


  • Drafting job descriptions, providing copies to the hiring managers and making revisions based on their feedback

  • Discussing job qualifications and credentials with the hiring managers to determine the information to include in the job description and to share with potential candidates during pre-interviews

  • Arranging phone, in-person and video conferences for meetings with potential technical professionals

  • Performing various background checks on professionals before advancing them to the next interview level

  • Completing reference checks with the information the professional provided you to ensure it is valid

  • Offering promising technical professionals the role and filling out the required paperwork for the company

  • Maintaining an organisation system to keep track of candidates interview processes and provide useful communication with professionals about their application process

  • Staying within company recruitment budgets when hiring technical professionals.


Requirements

  • Any graduate.

  • Must have working experience as an IT Recruiter into corporate.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of the technology field and the technical skills required for the field.

  • Reliable and swift decision-making skills.

  • Basic understanding of computer software, such as word processors and applicant tracking software (ATS).
