About the role MetaMap is looking to hire a senior technical recruiter responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment. Will guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Execute the Talent Partner Strategy globally and deliver the resourcing policies, framework, and processes. Key responsibilities


  • Be a talent ambassador for MetaMap - attract and hire the best talent in the industry.

  • Deliver quality work consistently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and efforts across hiring projects.

  • Drive recruitment strategy for the technical hiring side at MetaMap.

  • Source and attract talent and manage projects, such as creating innovative strategies to locate local talent; assess applications as needed.

  • Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

  • Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience, and management.

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds.
Skills & Experience

  • Have 5+ years of experience recruiting, sourcing, and engaging talent in a highly fast-paced environment.

  • Have a great understanding of different roles in the industry, with a sense of high-performance culture and hiring standards.

  • They are a great storyteller by nature and can represent the vision of MetaMap.

  • Have the ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process.

  • Are great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
