Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.

• Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks.

• Screening candidate\'s resumes, contacting relevant candidates via calls and conducting on-site interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases.

• Contribute towards other HR engagement activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and apply best HR recruitment practices.

• Assess and evaluate knowledge. communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

Qualifications: - \xe2\x80\xa2 2\xe2\x80\x93 4 years of experience, Recruitment experience of at least 2 year is mandatory.

• Team handling Experience is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills required - oral and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent PR skills with candidates, associates, and external recruitment agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Constant growth and learning to ensure premium productivity for the organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet etc).

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift

• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
