Responsibilities Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, in-house databases, and external online and offline sources like Naukri, Linkedin Monster, Indeed, etc. Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, B.tech or its equivalent Minimum 0-1 years of experience as a recruiter (Freshers will also be considered) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
