/ Technical Recruiter Work Experience 3 to 5 years Responsibilities B.E or higher Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter Write and post technical job descriptions Source potential candidates on niche platforms Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes (e.g. java, php, dot Net, Oracle, python,devops etc) Performing background and reference checks Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions) Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals Compose job offer letters End to end hiring till salary negotiation and rolling out offers Experience of working under tight deadline Flexible to work 24.7 Promote company s reputation as a great place to work Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Should have excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with Proven Abilities in Customer Relationship Management Must have Characteristics: Excellent communication skills \' Fluent Oral & Written English Through personality \' pays attention to details Takes initiatives and motivated Should have excellent presentation and organizing skills.
