Primary Responsibilities

As the Contract Technical Recruiter (internally referred to as TA Partners) on the team you will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Tech Recruitment. This role will be a temp to perm contract term focusing on building our R&D presence in India.

Responsibilities will include the following:

You will leverage your sourcing skills to find active/passive technical talent such as Software Engineers, Project Managers, Analyst and DevOps.

You will manage the full interviewing and selection process with candidates and hiring managers; coordinating all communications and logistics.

You will partner with Hiring Manager and HR Manager to develop effective job description and sourcing strategies.

You will partner with other team members on projects, innovative sourcing strategies and creative cost-effective solutions.

You will manage the program database and maintaining qualified applicant pools across a variety of disciplines for both current and future searches. Make timely updates in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in full life cycle recruiting focused on technical recruitment.

Background in agency or in-house recruitment.

Proven success in sourcing qualified applicants from numerous sources such as LinkedIn, GitHub etc.

Advanced knowledge in the areas of sourcing passive and active candidates, interviewing skills, legal issues, relationship management, and web-based recruiting tools (linkedin.com, monster.com, etc.)

Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems is required. Direct experience with Workday preferred.

Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices required

Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel and Access required.

Education:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree Courageously Curious
