Responsibilities: Good understanding on all IT technologies. Should have worked on SAP requirements. Should be familiar with the recruitment portals. Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Update and track candidates in accordance with our client\'s standards. Streamline the interview process. Implementation of HR initiatives, systems and effective onboarding plans. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). Excellent communication skills.
