Provide a Specific Title: Technical Recruiter CriticalRiver Inc. is a trusted technology consulting company for comprehensive consulting, implementation, and managed services across the globe. The company’s highly experienced consultants are experts at understanding client needs and delivering strategic solutions that leverage the latest technologies and industry best practices. Position:

  • Collaborate with assigned Stakeholders to understand and refine hiring needs
  • Proactively recruit and maintain pipeline relationships with highly sought-after senior technology resource talent
  • Identify candidates to fill internal and client openings through cold calling, lead generation, internet recruiting, referral generation, social networking etc.
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience (review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate in-person interviews, and manage reference checks)
  • Provide thought leadership to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for senior talent
  • Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a wonderful candidate and client experience
  • Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of high-volume IT or Electrical or Utilities or Semi-Conductor Technology recruiting experience
  • Strongly demonstrated verbal and written English skills
  • Experience recruiting US, Brazil and Costa Rica talent and familiarity with labor laws as it relates to recruitment
  • Full lifecycle candidate management including identification, interview preparation and closing
  • Ability to assess a candidate's basic technical knowledge across a variety of technologies to determine best fit
  • Experience working in semiconductor engineering positions.
  • Self-starter, results oriented, and strong organizational skills
  • These recruiters will workday hours in Hyderbad.
