Ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
Mandatory Qualifications :
MBA freshers or Any Graduates can apply(B.tech preferable).
Notes: Candidates willing to work from office can apply.
Familiar with IT requirements and the Recruitment process.
Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationships.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Should have good convincing and negotiable skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle.
Designing and updating job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job portals).
Crafting Recruiting Emails / Mass mailing.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Reference check.
