Triveni IT, since its inception, has been maintaining a compounded growth rate of 50%. In order to meet its needs of direct clients, it is hiring Technical Recruiters in Noida, UP, to service the US market at various levels. We are looking for individual recruiters who will grow into Team Leads in 12-24 months. Non Locals interested in relocating to Noida are also encouraged to apply. Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.Location: Noida, India (The recruiter will have to work from our office in Noida. Non-local recruiters willing to relocate to Noida are also encouraged to apply. AT THIS POINT WE ARE NOT CONSIDERING CANDIDATES INTERESTED IN WORKING REMOTE)Responsibilities

• Broad understanding of various IT technology skills and technology trends
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, managing expectations, and delivery
• Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications
• Sourcing Candidates: via job boards, vendor partners, social media, and other candidate sourcing methods to uncover the talent pool. Candidates should be adept at formulating Boolean search, innovative search, and other criteria that tie into the sourcing process.
• Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions
• Maintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest and to address and anticipate issues.
• Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports
• Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
• Maintain metrics for open and filled positions.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Recruiter Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-6 years' full cycle US recruitment experience in contract/contingent staffing, CTH, and Full-Time hiring.
• Good understanding of the US staffing (Visa types, Employment Types - W2/1099/Corp-to-Corp, Rate calculations, etc.)
• Must be able to independently source candidates and create a candidate pool of qualified resumes
• Experience using the internal databases, job boards, vendor partners, and referrals to source active and passive candidates for different positions
• Experience in sourcing with social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Must be able to effectively discuss the requirement and job details with the candidates and identify the right position for each candidate's profile
• Must have a very strong network of vendor relationships for different technology domains
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
• Handle confidential information discreetly
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
• Knowledge of applicant tracking software a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate via instant messaging tools; Google Hangouts, and Skype
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Salary - Depending on experience, the salary offered will range from Rs. 3.6 lakhs to Rs. 9 lakhs yearly base plus benefits. In addition, this position also has a very attractive recurring incentive plan.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:
