Senior US Technical Recruiter / Sr US IT Recruiter
Experience: 5+ years of US IT recruitment
Positions: Multiple - Direct Employment and Freelancers are welcome to apply.
Location: Hyderabad, India / 100% Remote now, Hyderabad Office once Covid Ends. Exceptions for top performers.TechTiera is relatively young yet with aggressive goals is in the business of Software consulting / Systems Integration and IT Staff Augmentation / Staffing for major clients. TechTiera has a mix of direct clients and works with other dynamic primary vendors in the US.:

• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities from initial job analysis, notifications & posting, sourcing through screening, interviewing to offer negotiation.
• Thorough understanding of technology requirements of each position and ability to filter candidates as per requirement.
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires with the HR Manager.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. Create contacts within the industry.
• Build and maintain a network/pipeline of candidates for future opportunities and referrals
• Monitor and mediate all necessary communication between customer, vendor, and internal technical resources within each account.
• Ability to utilize various job boards and social media platforms to post jobs and source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Hiring for multiple positions based on technology streams such as - SAP, Java and Web Technologies, Microsoft Technologies and other specialty areas.
• Also hiring based on dedicated recruiting streams such as US Citiziens and Greencard Holders, H1B Transfers, OPT / H4 EAD, TN and E3 Candidates based on requirements.
• Multiple Positions. Looking for recruiters with skills specific technologies / streams - SAP Recruiting, Java & Related technologies, Microsoft Technologies, Cloud Technologies etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in IT consulting, recruiting and business development.
• Self disciplined, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to recruit - US Citizens, Greencard Holders, H1B, EAD, OPT, TN, E3 and other US work authorized personnel.
• Experience hiring W2, 1099, and C2C candidates.
• Excellent knowledge of US labor and visa regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
