A true connector that can attract the right talent because of her/his powers of persuasion. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to details, motivated. Good interpersonal skills, enthusiast, team player spirit. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the whole recruitment process: timely release of job requirements, regular screening of resumes, telephone interviews, offer negotiations, background checks, offer issuance, entry tracking. Responsible for actively sourcing top talent for the open requirements through different platforms. Responsible for the expansion of human resources, to ensure a stable supply of candidates. Complete recruitment report on time and lead to develop, update and maintain company talent pool. Efficiently find suitable candidates for open positions. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Assist on campus recruitment drives and student centric projects for building talent pool.
