What we are looking for :

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Technical Recruiter.
What you will do:


  • Anticipating future recruitment needs and proactively finding and developing ways of building talent pools.
  • Consults with hiring managers to understand hiring requirement and profiles of ideal candidates for open positions/backfills. Provide training support to managers as needed for formalizing job descriptions .
  • Provides ongoing training to hiring managers regarding recruitment processes within legal and organization policies.
  • Screens, interviews, and selects applicants. Reviews and assesses applicants education, experience, training, and other qualifications. Tests and scores applicants and gathers feedback from other interviewers.
  • Create attractive job postings in alignment with company guideline. Perform active sourcing through online channels including Linkedin , Naukri , Monster , Indeed etc
  • Set up interviews, manage feedback and act as point of contact between hiring manager and agency/candidate. Guides candidates through the applications
  • Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Identifies and targets active or passive candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs. Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in person networking.
  • Encourages candidate interest in the position to be filled by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensuring that the Applicant Tracking systems are up to date
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
  • Identify trends in recruitment data, driving continuous improvement across processes, policies and ways of working to drive fairness, consistency and best practice in all recruitment related activity
  • Devising and supporting attraction and employer branding activities
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance with policy process and service level agreements
  • Manage the candidate experience through efficient process management
  • Delivering a high quality recruitment service to hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

What you are:

  • Proven experience of 5-8 years as Technical Recruiter
  • candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven negotiating and influencing skills; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to respond and adapt to change effectively
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player
  • Key Stakeholder management
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Hands on experience of using of an ATS
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word packages especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in using social media and talent pooling platforms, like LinkedIn, Indeed,
  • Percentage of open positions
  • Recruitment effectiveness metrics( quantifiable and qualitative metrics including but not limited to office acceptance rate, time to fill, cost per hire, sourcing channel cost , quality of hire, )
  • Applicants per opening or applicant pipeline per position
  • Application completion rate in ATS/GROW
  • Hiring manager satisfaction
  • Candidate experience survey or score

What you will bring
:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Masters Degree in HR or related field will be preferred
  • Relevant Exprience ( 6-8 years)
  • Willingness to travel
