Job Description

Responsible for the complete SW Project from requirements to delivery Prepare SW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligning with Customer, development teams, vendors. Handling a SW development & testing team of size 10 - 15. Technically drive the Project towards milestone deliveries. Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the team Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets Support for the acquisition of projects Stake Holder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction, Vendor engagement, Team handling etc. Status reporting for customer reviews and management reviews Identify and Implement productivity improvement measures. Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation. Knowledge & desired skills required Hands on experience in Automotive SW Project Management. Very strong Technical knowledge on Embedded System concepts and AUTOSAR architecture. Good hands-on working experience in Hardware near Software (Complex Device Drivers) Experience in Inter ECU Communication and Diagnostic Communication. Good knowledge inusage of Project Management Tools for SDLC. Experience in working with Matrix Teams Highly initiative with a passion to learn & understand new topics Should be proactive & able to work independently Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Knowledge PEP process (Quality Gates), ASPICE, ISO26262, Cyber security would be an added advantage. Qualifications B.E/B.Tech Additional Information 7 to 12 years
