About BD TCI BD, a 125-year-old global medical device company has started its Research and Development Organization in Bangalore India which is BD Technology Campus India (TCI). This R&D center will be an integral part of the global R&D, in design related activities and full product life cycle management. This R&D organization will have highly skilled associates in the field of engineering and science. Position Summary 3-5 years of experience working in technical project coordinator role. Perform daily monitoring of the Daily Shipment Acknowledgement report, which summarizes the status of transmissions of BD shipment data to a third-party freight pay provider (CASS and CTSI solutions). Research and resolve errors related to the report, which include: Basic research of shipments in SAP and JDE systems Following up with end users to correct data Creating tickets for technical teams Responsible for identifying, and in some cases implementing, root cause solutions to drive down the amount of errors per month. Act as a Central Point for tracking issue resolution across stakeholders. Provide monthly summary to leadership. Educational Background 3- 5 Years Professional Experience Minimum bachelor\'s degree, Master\'s degree preferred Job Responsibilities Knowledge and Skills Knowledge Enter the desired knowledge required for this position.
