What youll be doing...
Working continually on improving the program structure and processes, proposing optimization opportunities by constantly working with RTEs/Scrum Masters across Agile teams, Business and GTS stakeholders.
Tracking all the programs getting delivered across multiple agile teams in Customer Service portfolio and report the status to higher management/leadership.
Tracking the risks, Impediments and have strong risk mitigation plans by working closely with development managers / stakeholders.
Building sustainable and great relationships between the PMO and key stakeholders across Agile teams.
Working horizontally across different functions, ensuring it results in a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving Agile delivery culture.
Front ending the platform teams and work closely with RTE/Scrum masters in prioritizing critical asks/programs.
Conducting periodic retrospective meetings for all agile teams across customer service portfolio and drive corrective actions to improve the overall team velocity and quality.
Understanding the technology aspects and technical details is needed.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What were looking for...
You will need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience in software development and Agile program management.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in tracking multiple agile work streams and experience working in large enterprise applications with highly-diversified development teams.
Experience playing the role of a program manager as an individual contributor in your earlier roles.
Understanding of software engineering practices and ability to stakeholder multiple diversified teams.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master's Degree.
Very good understanding of product development process specifically in a very Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile development process, Agile Concepts / Practices and Agile program management.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills with passion to collaborate and drive consensus.
Education: Any Graduate
