Ebizon is looking for a key member to join our team in our Dehradun office. This role is responsible for leading development of high-quality applications, communicating with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Successful candidates will have a technical background and be passionate about delivering high quality solutions with effective and efficient processes
• Organise and coordinate activities across teams and geographies resulting in quality releases.
• Create plans and drive delivery to milestones and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross functional and cross team dependencies.
• Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders appropriately.
• Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests.
• Manage status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members and management
• Expected to diving deep into technical discussions with internal development teams and external partners.
• Help customers and the engineering teams make trade-off decisions by considering all of the data including business goals, technical platform strategy, customer experience and maintainability. You identify blocking issues and manage their resolution
• Should have knowledge of JIRA, Confluence tools
• Experience in working in ODC model and capable of presenting the Technical Design and Architecture to Senior Technical stakeholders
• Understand the needs of the developers and technical operations teams who have to build, maintain, and operate the system for the life of the system
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
• Partner with industry vendors that provide technology or user experience design components that support our architecture and work with vendors on our implementation plans and roadmaps identifying partnership opportunities to increase our development velocity and our learnings
• Capable of doing resource allocations as per the requirements for each assignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certification on Agile / Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in the role of managing and implementation
• Expertise in PHP /Java and preferably hands-on.
• Good knowledge* of any of the Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in leading managed services projects (applications / infra)
• Managed/ delivered and implemented complex projects dealing with the considerable data size (TB/ PB) and with high complexity
