We are looking for an experienced, innovative and motivated Technical Product Manager who will manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of current and future technical projects by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders. This role requires one to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and build consensus by understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints. Designation: Technical Product Manager Reporting To: CEO / CTO Work Mode: Full Time / Remote Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand the preferences of target audiences and use this data for product development. Define the product vision, product roadmap, and product strategy. Work with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and built accordingly. Manage the development process to achieve planned objectives of the product and its features. Work in coordination with the design and technical teams to ensure timely and quality release of the product or features. Comprehend product challenges and innovate solutions for achieving development objectives with greater effectiveness. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. Perform experiments and tests on the product or features being developed. Manage product scalability, handle technical complexities and solve business problems. Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly. Additional responsibilities may be adopted as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Proven work experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle. Proven work experience in leading a product design and development team. A project management certification (e.g., PMP) would be a plus. Strong background in software development as well as a proven experience as a software engineer (MERN stack preferred). Thorough understanding of methodologies like Agile-Scrum. Holistic understanding of product strategy and product marketing. Ability to understand company strategy and the product\xe2\x80\x99s economic drivers. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Experience working with NoSQL document-oriented databases and relational databases. Use of collaboration tools (such as JIRA and Notion) is highly preferred. Ability to lead/drive Initiatives and work with a remote team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to work as an individual contributor with minimum guidance. Should have a high sense of responsibility, be communicative, self-organized, open minded, and participative in users\xe2\x80\x99 functional and business requirement studies. Work Environment Requirements:
A PC/Laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, a mid-end processor, and an OS of your choice. An internet connectivity with minimum of 50 MBPS, and with uninterrupted power supply.
