The company is proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs and wants of the customers. To help them continue to grow their offerings, they are in search of an experienced technical product manager to lead their multi-disciplinary development team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the internal technology roadmap.
You should be able to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release.

Objectives of this Role:

• Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to the customers
• Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization. Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for our products
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
• Lead the team to ensure a consistent, seamless and aesthetically pleasing experience for the consumers across our suite of products Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / I.T. / Computer Science
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills combined with strong presentation skills
  • 6+ years of product management experience with at least 4+ years of experience in product management with a technical inclination.
  • 2+ years of significant people management experience including both direct and indirect reports.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge and experience in BFSI/Fintech domain is a must.
