Roles and Responsibility

1) Coordinate with various stakeholders like business , development , process teams for designing /implementing and managing on-boarding of current account customers
2) Expected to build deep understanding of current account as a business as well as work with development team and have in-depth understanding of the technical architecture
3) Prepare requirement documentation , review of test cases with QA team , coordinate with all stakeholders for signoff on requirements , Manage incident reporting
4) Responsible to streamline the development pipeline as per business requirement , help business teams with functional analysis for various requirements transform their needs into requirements
5) Independently coordinate with cross functional team in bank for analysing requirements, RnD

Key attributes
1) Ability to work with both development and business teams to understand and detail requirements , and help in prioritizing development of projects
2) Should have prior experience in managing cloud native digital journey prior experience with bank /video KYC will be an add on
3) Team player , passion for problem solving , resourceful and should take full ownership
4) Should have prior experience of at least 5 -8 years in working for technology projects
