We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our team focusing on automated terminal operations. This team specializes in developing products supporting automated container terminals, specifically in job scheduling, dispatching, and robotic equipment integrations. As a Technical Product Manager, you\'ll collaborate with a team to design solutions that continuously deliver value and drive innovation in the marine container terminal and supply chain industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own our automation products
  • Establish a standardized integration methodology for our partners, reducing risk, effort, time, and resources
  • Design and specify integration and automation solutions to standardize our software\'s interaction with robotic equipment control systems
  • Implement techniques and tools to validate new optimization and automation capabilities in our product
  • Collaborate with our Engineering department to develop new features and solutions
  • Work with our Testing department to create a comprehensive test strategy for integration and automation solutions
  • Simplify complexity and create user-friendly products for both technical and non-technical users
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or container terminal operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and adept at problem-solving
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in business requirements, technology options, and product direction
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities, including influencing, inclusiveness, and driving decisions proactively
  • Experience in products optimizing operational execution in human-centric environments
  • Familiarity with simulation and emulation techniques
  • Success as a Product Owner in an agile development process
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred)
