TECHNICAL MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE * We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Developer Team Leader/ Senior Manager to lead our talented team of developers in creating cutting-edge web applications and solutions. As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects, ensuring high-quality code, optimal performance, and efficient project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PHP developers to achieve project goals and maintain a collaborative, innovative work environment. Etc

Technical Expertise: Bring deep expertise in PHP development, including modern PHP frameworks, to drive the technical direction of projects. Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs primarily in C# and JavaScript.

Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Code Quality: Maintain high coding standards, review code, and ensure the team follows best practices for robust and secure all applications.

Architectural Design: Collaborate with the team to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

Problem Solving: Act as a technical problem solver, resolving complex technical issues, and providing guidance to the team.

Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Performance Optimization: Implement and monitor performance enhancements for all applications, ensuring optimal user experiences

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT.

1) Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2) Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Full Stack Web Developer.

3) Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

4) Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symphony, React, Angular, or Vue.js).

5) Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

6) Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

7) Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

8) Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

9) Knowledge of web security best practices.

1) Permanent full time job role based at our location B, 86, Block B, Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

2) Working hours: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
