Role: Technical Manager_Node.JS Position: Full Time Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: 9-15Years Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Development Technical Manager with hand-on exp. to lead our team. As a Node.js Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js, Vue.js, Vue 3 (Composition API), JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, Hasura, HTML & CSS, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server. Description: Technical Manager_Node.JS What You\'ll Do Manage and lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Architect and design scalable and robust software systems using Node.js, Vue.js, Vue 3 (Composition API), JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, Hasura, HTML & CSS, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server. Drive the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end designs and deliver outstanding user experiences. Integrate with backend systems, APIs, and databases, and optimize performance and security. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce code quality and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide effective solutions to address them. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, and guide the team in adopting relevant innovations. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency What we are looking for Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development. Extensive expertise in Node.js, Vue.js, Vue 3 (Composition API), JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, Hasura, HTML & CSS. Strong proficiency in working with databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server. In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Agile Scrum experience Experience in Azure CI/CD Tool experience Team lead capabilities such as customer facing skills, team handling, coordination skills able to handle a minimum 6 members development team at offshore.
